We sold our laminate flooring via Marktplaats. Now the buyer who already has the floor does not want to pay. There is a very annoying correspondence but I do not know who to contact. I am simply having sleepless nights and do not really know how and what to respond. We have been doing business via Marktplaats for a long time and it has always been fine, it seems as if it was his intention to let it end this way so that he still has a perfectly good floor for nothing. We sold the floor for 300 euros. He came to have a look and removed the floor himself. That was also the agreement. This was Monday, October 30th. I sent a tikkie that same evening and then I didn't hear from him anymore. Not that evening itself about the floor not being good, nor afterwards. I tried to reach him several times by phone but he didn't answer. Not via WhatsApp or via Marktplaats. Because he didn't respond I used his work email address. He responded immediately, slightly aggressively. and came up with the story that the floor was not good and that he had to clean the floor and that he would definitely not pay the amount. I told him that I would then come and pick up the floor again but he refuses to give his address. Now he said last week that he wants to pay 50 euros. I just don't sleep because of it. The floor was fine, only on October 30th it rained quite a bit so the movers made it dirty but certainly not broken. He also did not indicate this on the evening itself or the day after through contact or photos.
