Reclaim payment for minor son?

My 17 year old son (mild autism) ordered a coat online on October 1st. He paid for it via Ideal. He then received a confirmation with an order number and a track and trace number and that was it. The confirmation mentions a delivery time of 7 - 11 working days. The track and trace remains on 'order received'. He sent an email to this company on October 8. No response. I myself sent an email on October 23. No response either. I can't find a phone number for this company anywhere, only an email address. Since my son is not yet 18, I thought I might be able to reverse the purchase. Unfortunately, the bank cannot help me any further. How can I solve this? How do I get in touch with this company (by phone)? How do I get this payment back? In this case it is only €40.00; but for my son this is a lot of money with a small part-time job. I will also give him the €40.00 back from my own wallet, but you understand that I find this a matter of principle and very unfriendly to customers... I also do not know whether this is a reliable company, or whether I can speak of fraud here.
