Employer not taking collective labor agreement into account?

Yesterday (21-09-2023) I was called for a meeting (13:00) with my employer. He indicated that he would like to terminate the employment contract by mutual consent. However, I would have another full working day the next day (22-09-2023), which was denied to me in the meeting, even after I indicated that there would still be a one-month notice period. This was simply not observed and I was surprised with a meeting after which it turned out that I would be unemployed in less than 24 hours, without any urgent reason. I sent a message about this to the employer, unfortunately he was not amenable to reason. I would like to stand up for the hours I am still entitled to. What legal avenues are open to me?
