I had a few sessions with a psychologist. Of course I paid the invoices. However, I refused to pay the last invoices because I did not receive the full hours I was entitled to. The treatments also had no effect. Then those invoices were forwarded to a collection agency. I have contacted them several times and explained the situation. I also made a proposal to have 30% of the costs waived and to pay the rest in installments. They do not agree to this.
