Stopping a partnership as a partner?

In 2019 I entered into a partnership with my hotel company, with a purchase option... My tax specialist has drawn up a partnership contract! but my partner chased me out of my business, so he is playing hotelier in my company by himself, without consultation.. I am desperate, how can I solve this?? would like to stop dating him...can you help me??
