Cyclist liability for damage to vehicles

I am a motorist hit by a cyclist. I come out of an exit, the cycle path is free, but I still have to stop unexpectedly for an oncoming car, so I stand still for a moment. Just when I want to accelerate again I get hit by a bicycle. Who is liable then?

A cyclist who collides with a car or other motorised vehicle (strong road user) can certainly be held liable.
