Registered letter to stalker?

I have been bothered by someone for a long time and I no longer want to have contact with them, but that person keeps trying to get in touch. I have drafted a letter that I want to send by registered mail and I am wondering whether I am making any legal errors. Dear, With this registered letter, I strongly request you to stop contacting me in any way, not even in the future. By this I mean no contact face to face, by telephone, by letter, by email, by app, by text message and also not via a third party, unless it concerns the local police officer and/or legal possibilities such as a lawyer or judge. If you do this, there will be consequences for you, including me informing your landlord that you will be a nuisance if I do volunteer work in the church, garden and/or house, wherever you live. And the house is rented by the same landlord you have. You will also be reported to the local police officer. With this registered letter I have informed you of the consequences if you contact me in any way whatsoever without any legal necessity. And I also expect that there will be no more contact from you to me and that you will therefore leave me completely alone.

Thank you very much for your quick answers and advice. I will first send the letter by registered mail and if I am still being stalked then I will indeed seek legal advice from a lawyer again and file reports.
