Early April I brought my bike for repair, where I bought my bike half a year in advance. We could bring it the same day. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I called to see if they knew more and how long it would take. They had ordered a part and still had to wait for it. 2 weeks later I called again and they still didn't know how long it would take but he would contact the factory. So weeks go by that I call every other week because they don't contact me themselves. Last week I called again and they had the part in, now they didn't let me know either. This was on a Tuesday. I asked when I could pick it up because it was only putting it on. But he didn't have time that week and also had other jobs while I've been waiting for months. It would be ready next Wednesday. Now they called today that they have the wrong part. I'm really pissed off about this, I bought an electric bike, it was half a year old and now I can still drive a car. I would like to hear what I could do about the situation, because I am dependent on him to repair my bike, but I have already incurred so many costs.
