Installation of a kitchen with defects

We have entered into an agreement for the purchase and installation of a kitchen in our home. The installation of this kitchen is not proper. Our floor was damaged by a leak in the wine climate cabinet because it was not installed properly. In addition, a wall was damaged during the installation of the kitchen. Finally, there is a drawer that does not close properly to this day. The kitchen company wants to make an effort to repair the drawer and the wall (the latter has not yet been done satisfactorily), but does not want to do anything with the floor. I would like to hear whether it makes sense (and has a chance of success) if we start a case for this. Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, Any damage that occurs during the work must in principle be repaired/compensated. You must give the kitchen company written notice of default. If the kitchen company is affiliated with the disputes committee, you can also file a complaint there.
