Purchase scooter

Questioner

Just bought a scooter from a private individual, the seller said it was a great scooter, but when I drove out of the street in the evening it fell over, now upon closer inspection it appears that the left front leg was half pressed in and rock solid, so the front wheel was crooked, this seems to me to be attempted manslaughter, are there any grounds to start a case.

Lawyer

Good afternoon, Annoying situation. You can reverse the purchase on the grounds of error and/or shortcoming and reclaim the purchase price. It is important that you have evidence. Think of a copy of the advertisement, photos of the damage, a statement from a scooter dealer about what was found, etc. The additional damage as a result of the fall (if applicable) could also be claimed. Feel free to contact us without obligation to discuss your case further. Kind regards, Silvienne Leito FerLei Legal 06-49175526
