I bought a bumper from a company on Marktplaats. This bumper was clearly visible in the photo and it was in good condition. Yesterday I received the bumper by mail and when I opened the package, there was another bumper for another model car full of holes! I tried to reach the company but nothing worked, not by email, not by contact form and not by phone either. I contacted Marktplaats yesterday and they advised me to contact you. I paid a high amount for a bumper full of holes and also something completely different from what I ordered. Can you tell me what I can do about this and how I can get my money back.Lawyer
Annoying situation, which unfortunately occurs very often. In principle, there is a mistake. You receive something that you paid for, but it turns out to be a different product. Fraud is legally involved if it can be demonstrated that something other than what was agreed was deliberately delivered. I assume this is a business. You are in a strong position as a consumer.
