During my rental in a room in Amsterdam the balcony door broke. Nothing was ever done about it and I then sublet the room for a while. Now I have completely emptied it because the girl who rented it went into my room herself and we have terminated the contract. Now she says she had to repair the balcony door for €800 but has no invoice/proof of this. Can she just deduct €800 from my deposit without proof?Lawyer
