Woman incurring debt during divorce process?

My wife and I are at the beginning of a divorce process (community of property). My wife is being very difficult and is doing everything she can to delay the mediation process. She is now living in our own home with our children and I am temporarily living with my parents. My salary is still being deposited into the joint account and my wife is currently spending my salary. And she is also being difficult when I spend money on groceries myself. In addition, she does not want to leave the house every other week so that we can both take care of the children. Now my questions are: Can I transfer my salary to a private account, but still pay the fixed costs? Can I put 50% of the savings in a private account so that she doesn't spend this money? I also wonder how we can reach an arrangement so that I can also live in the home I pay for? I am asking these questions here because I am not getting anywhere with my mediator. This is the only mediator I can go to, because my wife does not want another. I would like to continue with the divorce, but my wife will not accept that I am leaving her. How should I deal with this situation?

As long as you are married in community of property, you will continue to depend on each other with regard to finances. If there is a need to intervene in the situation, you will need your own lawyer who can impose marital attachment. A decision from the court can also be obtained directly through summary proceedings (interim relief).
