We are divorced and both pay child support to the child. The child is 19 years old and has recently been living with a boyfriend. He is 33 years old and has a fixed income, she does not. Does this mean that our parental contribution will expire? At the moment we pay a contribution to living expenses and education. The child is not currently studying.

Given that your daughter lives with someone with a fixed income and that your daughter is not studying, she should be able to provide for her own livelihood. She may not need child support.
