What rights during reintegration?

Questioner

I am reintegrating. Now 6 hours a day (5d). My manager does not allow me to reintegrate into my own position, while the occupational health and safety service does not see any restrictions in this. My manager wants to talk about performance first - which in my opinion is not allowed in this process. Just before my absence he indicated that he did not think things were going well. This was a surprise to me, there has never been a discussion about an improvement plan. I would like advice on what my rights are in reintegration and how I can best approach this. I have had a permanent employment contract since 1-10-2020.

Lawyer

In principle, it remains paramount that an employee must be able to reintegrate into his own function unless there are medical obstacles to this. The employer must implement what the company doctor advises. In short, not reintegrating into one's own function is not correct. Inadequate functioning before the failure does not, in principle, change this. To advise specifically I need more information and I think it would be good for us to speak.
