Can an ex get back borrowed money?

My ex wants money for things he received and a vacation he received. In the past I borrowed money from him, when the relationship ended for the first time he made a so-called invoice using an Excel file, I did not agree to this at the time. When we started a relationship again he said that he would get the borrowed money back, this was verbally said that he did not have to do this, I started doing this on my own initiative. Borrowed 5000 euros, paid back 3300 euros. My ex also came to my house without permission. Now the case has already been before the subdistrict court, now there will be another lawsuit on June 14. And I am looking for a legal entity that can assist me. Can you please help me with this?
