How to deal with a relationship clause?

My contract will be converted from fixed to indefinite as of June 1. Now there is suddenly a relationship clause that is still valid for 2 years after termination of the contract. The contract is for 10 hours per week. I also have my own company but in a different field but with the same partners as my work. Do I still have to ask for permission for assignments with a partner of my work even if this is in a different position?
