Now, 4 months later I have to hand in my driver's license at CBR, pay EUR 433.00 in enforcement costs and EUR 864.00 for research (psychological, urine, blood etc.). Is this all correct? I was on a bike and NOT in a car. Totally out of proportion. What should I do?
