Can an employer require you to clean toilets?

I am on sick leave and am allowed to work a few hours a day by the occupational health and safety service. Can my employer oblige me to have the toilets cleaned in a building where multiple companies are located? my contract that is as a function Driver And nothing else.

The employer and employee must adhere to the advice of the company doctor with regard to reintegration. If that advice means that you must reintegrate into your own function with the (final) goal of fully resuming work in your own function, then the cleaning activities do not seem to me to be in line with that. You can also request an expert opinion from the UWV in this context. There are costs involved.
