What does the right of delivery entail when purchasing?

I buy a bike of the brand Alfa Romeo online. Pay for it immediately, receive a confirmation of the payment and delivery. The next day they report that there is a stock error, and whether I want to choose another one. Because they no longer have any of that brand, and that is exactly why I wanted this one, that is not an alternative. In the meantime I had proudly said to my friends and colleagues that I had bought the healthiest Alfa Romeo. Moreover, it is almost impossible to find and is sharply priced here. That is why I indicated that they are obliged to deliver it and gave them a tip where they could find one. They then only repeated their response that they wanted my account number to refund the money. I responded that if they do not want or cannot deliver the bicycles, I wanted compensation, in money or for example some bicycle equipment. I received the same response. Then I indicated whether they wanted a notice of default, but they did not respond to that.

You can maintain the demand for delivery, but only if there is no case of force majeure on the seller's side. You are entitled to your money back at most. Also check the conditions; perhaps there is something additional about what to do if delivery cannot be made.
