My daughter was in a bad relationship, she is now out of it. She had to register a car in her name, has no keys and no registration certificate. It is sometimes very difficult to get a car with a name. There are at least two options worth considering: - Request the RDW to declare the registration certificate null and void on the grounds of incorrect data.
