Defective laminate
Questioner
Hello, we bought laminate in May 2021. It was already very difficult to lay. After 2 months I dropped a cup from my hands, continued, piece out of the laminate. There is discoloration visible under the mat, there is also a draught strip made of hair under the inner door and there too you can see a fan of discoloration. The laminate is also coming up at the edges, now an upholsterer has been to look and the laminate is laid too tightly....it is possible, but then pieces cannot just fly out and there will be a color difference. The laminate has only been laid for 9 months and for laminate that can even be used in a work environment and has a 25-year factory warranty, I think it is really poor laminate. Well, the seller can't do anything about that, they say. Now my question is, is that really the case? Kind regardsLawyer
I think if you had the laminate laid or laid it yourself, the seller will hide and state that laying it too tightly is the reason for your complaints. For color difference, that does not seem to be the case. You could therefore partially write to the seller for that defect, that he sold you a defective product. Perhaps he is prepared to repair a small part, replace it or offer a price reduction after partial termination. You do need some perseverance for this and legal knowledge or assistance.Neem de volgende stap
