What can I do about my accusation of theft?

Work in PGB at people's homes for personal care. Now I am accused of stealing gel, new mobile phone and 2 boxes with jewelry. Mrs. lost the key to the locked room in the fall. A few weeks later I found the key again. A few times I also had a shopping bag with me, had put it on the coat rack, had gone upstairs to give the man a bath came back down after half an hour put my coat over the bag and went upstairs again, according to Mrs. All. Apparently Mrs. writes everything down, even knows with which hat I come in. I did not do this. What can I do with this now. I am also not sure whether Mrs. has lost all this too.
