Can I be evicted from my home?

Questioner

Since 2015 I have been officially registered in the basic register at the address of my ex-partner. We have a 6.5 year old son together. The house I have moved into is a home owned by my ex-partner. now my question is does he have the right to immediately throw me out of the house together with our son? do i still have any rights to prevent this? our finances were arranged in such a way that he paid the fixed costs of the house (only these costs and no other costs such as the costs of living of our son or any other costs related to our son) I paid for all groceries at all costs, also for my ex-partner (still) and all costs that benefit our son... I also have sole custody of our son (the father has acknowledged our son but has no authority) we are not married and have not entered into a cohabitation contract. If we are thrown out of the house we will be homeless on the streets. So in short, what rights do I have with our son, even though I have been registered at this address for more than 6 years?

You are not entitled to occupy the house if you are not married or have a cohabitation contract that states how to act in the covenant or upon termination of cohabitation.
