I ordered a telephone from telefoondiscounter.nl on 04-01-2022 and returned it in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Promises are made by telefoondiscounter.nl but to date I have not been reimbursed. Please advise. Yours sincerely,

The purchase amount must be refunded within a short period of time (in principle within two weeks). You have a claim on the company that they must pay. You can put the company in default. If they do not pay, a lawyer can, for example, perform debt collection activities for you. This can usually be done (partly) on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. You then only have to pay if a positive result is achieved and usually the company has to pay the debt collection costs.
