What happens after beneficial acceptance?

Mother passed away. After our father passed away, the eldest, without consulting her, pushed everything onto her. The two of us have never had any insight, for example into banking matters. The Rabobank is not cooperating now, is not giving us any insight. My brother and I went through the Beneficial Acceptance. There was a funeral debt and my brother and I did not receive any further information about e.g. banking matters and household effects. Can we still claim e.g. photos etc. after the Beneficiary Acceptance. If they are still there because our mother's house was emptied by her sister and brother-in-law the same day she passed away.

If the inheritance is settled in this way and there are assets, then the assets can be divided. However, photos are attached personal items that represent no further value for creditors. You can request inspection from the other heirs.
