Help with a good severance agreement

I am currently in a very precarious position. I announced my resignation from my current job a few weeks ago (end of November) because I have been stressed out for months (the resignation really comes from my side, because it is impossible to continue working due to the workload). However, they never carried out the reintegration, while a problem analysis was made six months ago. They did not implement the gatekeeper law, my employer even reported me better to the reintegration agency, about 2 months ago, while in the meantime they have kept me reported sick in their own hours system up to and including today. I have worked about 70% of my hours in the past months. My employer refuses to send me an acceptable composition agreement, because they do not want to 'dismiss' me from employment while sick. I have now received an agreement, but legally it is not correct at all, so I do not dare to sign it. Resigning myself without an agreement is also not an option, since I would then not be entitled to benefits (I have a good education and a good job, but this is important). This has been going on for 2 months now and I can't solve it without help. I called the legal helpdesk a few weeks ago and they indicated that I really need a lawyer for a good agreement. I have been sick at home since the end of December and have indicated to my employer that I am now experiencing even more stress, in the hope of increasing the pressure a bit. I have not received any response, only an invitation for a meeting with the company doctor. I want to leave this company as soon as possible, with a normal compensation. My employer has not offered to contribute to any legal costs. I would like to hear from you, time is currently running out and unfortunately my employer has a lawyer on it.
