What to do with an easement?

When we bought our house 6 years ago, the selling party demanded that we grant an easement to the adjacent property, so that the neighbors could reach their garage. We did so. Now the garage is gone and there is a larger house. The residents can reach their house in various ways, but they want to continue to use the road to be able to park their car at the house.
