What costs may a rental agent charge?

I have a question about the costs I incurred last year when renting my current rental property. At the time, I registered with a rental agent for 38 euros in order to find a home. When a home was found, I paid 59 euros in guarantee costs (because my father was the guarantor) and 302 euros in administration costs. In addition, my partner and I broke up this month, which meant that his name had to be removed from the contract. I paid 181.50 for this. The broker who works on your behalf may charge costs but these must be in proportion to the work, some items are expensive, whether they are in line with the market I do not know. You cannot be evicted for a procedure.
