Can UWV decision be reversed by insurance doctor?

It was determined last March that I am terminally ill (cancer). I have sent medical papers to Zorg van zaak. Had conversation(s) with them, I also got advice from them to apply for early IVA, so I did and got it 2 weeks ago. but today I heard from my employer that he had been called by Zorg van zaak (probably another doctor) who told him that he knew nothing about it and asked my employer to send a copy of the UWV results. so I actually want to know what the possible consequences of this could be? thanks in advance!

If you have applied for an IVA benefit, you will receive a decision on this in due course. If you do not agree with this decision, you can lodge an objection within six weeks at the latest. This is a fatal term. I advise you to seek the assistance of a lawyer who has experience in this area. Your employer will be involved as an interested party in the decision-making of the UWV, as this decision-making may have (financial) consequences for him. The employer has no right to obtain medical information about you. I wish you much strength in connection with your health.

The ArboDienst (Healthcare Service) is entitled to the medical documents. The employer is not. However, you can send the employer a letter/decision from the UWV if it does not contain any medical information. Do you want to object to a decision of the UWV -> make sure that the lawyer is a member of the Specialization Association of Social Security Lawyers (SSZ)
