Why haven't I received a salary?

My colleagues and I have not received a salary (4 people including myself) we were supposed to receive this on November 15, 2021 and to date have not received an explanation, no reason has been given and still nothing has been received.

The employer may not postpone the payment of wages. Do you have any idea what is going on? An employer is obliged to pay wages after the expiry of the set period. This is stated in your contract or collective labor agreement. Based on article 7:625 BW, the employee is entitled (after the 3rd working day) to an increase in wages due to delay. This increase amounts to 5% per day for the 4th to the 8th working day and one percent for each subsequent working day (the increase may not exceed half of the wages due). The next step is a wage claim to the employer in which the employer is required to pay the wages. If there is still no payment, going to court is the most logical consequence.
