I am 64 years old and have a new employer through a company takeover

The new employment contract states that I am required to follow courses, the hours outside of work are not reimbursed. Mileage allowance is, I can't handle this anymore, I have worked continuously for 45 years of my life and now have to complete three more years. I have had a difficult private life and have a psychologist. So I have a mental disorder that is being worked on. I am already a bit happy that I can get through the week. I am getting nervous because of what I really can't handle. Contract not yet signed, must hand it in before November 15. I am desperate and don't know what I can or may do.
