What is the cancellation period for online agreements?

Questioner

Hi, I have a question. I filled out a health declaration at the CBR, but the next day I discovered that I had misread a question. It asks about a muscle disease, I have a muscle disorder, namely rheumatism. When I was referred to the neurologist I realised that I had misread something. I saw this on Friday evening, I immediately contacted the CBR on Monday. I indicated that I had made a mistake and wanted to look back on it. Now I do not have to go to the neurologist, but to the GP to have a form signed that I do not have a muscle disease as I indicated, but that was a mistake. They now want proof that there was no question of a muscle disease, and they want to know about my rheumatism. Is this allowed? since I have an agreement with them and also paid for the health declaration. I immediately came back to it after I saw that I had misread it. If I have to solve it with the GP, it takes an average of 6 weeks before I can schedule my practice. they also want to know something about my rheumatism, but the questionnaire only asks about a muscle disease and that is not rheumatism but a condition. it seems strange to me that they now want and need information about that from the GP. I have been referred to the article regulation requirements suitability 2000, CBR says on the basis of that it is allowed to ask about my rheumatism. however I can not find an article about that. so they are allowed to ask for proof in the first place after I made a mistake while revoking the agreement? and secondly then ask about my rheumatism while that is not a requirement for me to be able to drive, there is also no question about it in the declaration that I filled out. I only mentioned rheumatism to explain why I made a mistake while filling it out. thank you in advance!

This does concern an online service but the basis is not private law but it is an implementation of a delegated authority to an administrative body. For that reason the cooling-off period does not apply. In the regulation you mention you can find that there are indeed also conditions mentioned that can have certain consequences for driving ability and there is also an open article. You have mistakenly ticked the wrong group, according to the General Administrative Law Division Communication with Citizens this should be able to be settled without the fuss that is now being mentioned.
