How do I get out of my specific employment contract?

Questioner

First of all I want to say that I have enormous respect for what you do. You are there for everyone. That makes me feel very good. My situation is as follows: I am 21 years old. I am following a full-time HBO education where I am currently in my internship year. I do an internship 4 days a week with 1 day of school. My internship hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 excluding travel time. In addition, I work on Fridays (after school) and Saturdays in the week at a supermarket. I have been working there since July last year and have a 0-hour contract. I have also extended my contract once, this contract expires in March 2022. Last month I was extremely busy with my internship and I noticed that I can't get anything done, both personally and for school and internship. Unfortunately, I am already behind with school. Furthermore, I really experience stress when I have to come to work every time, especially after school. On Saturdays I always work full days (13:00-20:15). In short, I don't have time for anything anymore, I am behind with school, I experience a lot of stress and I don't have time for myself anymore. After I lost my bag on the bus because I had rushed so much to be on time, I came to the conclusion to resign. It is way too much for me personally and this side job is not worth it. I then submitted my resignation to the assistant manager (the boss was on vacation). I clearly explained my situation and there was no understanding at all. He said that it is not possible to terminate the contract in the meantime. Unfortunately, I have lost my contract. I asked if he had a copy of my contract, he could not access it. He then showed me a standard contract that states that it is not possible to terminate the contract in the meantime. He also made me believe that I signed a 6-9 hour contract, but I am sure that it is a 0-hour contract. This is also literally stated on my pay slip. He wanted to try to find a middle way, but I clearly stated that I simply cannot continue. To be honest, I am really suffering from it and I have said this. I was told that he himself also worked 32 hours a week in addition to his HBO studies and that he had succeeded and that it was a matter of perseverance..... I was honestly shocked that someone could say something like that to an employee especially considering the fact that I always help where I can. He kept harping on that there are agreements and that I have to stick to them. Next Saturday I have a meeting with the boss and the assistant manager. We will discuss further how and what will happen regarding my dismissal. I am asking for help because I am not the only one at my work who has asked for help from you. My former colleague and good friend also asked for advice from you. Her dismissal lasted four months. Furthermore, another colleague also wants to resign after she wanted to make her small despite a legitimate doctor's note. That she needs to have discipline and just be able to work more despite the fact that she has a burnout. My question is: how can I get out of this contract, because I want to leave asap. Sorry for the spelling and typos. I just did it quickly before I leave. If anything is still unclear, please let me know. This is really my story in short. There are still many details,.
