Why am I not being reported better?

For 1.5 years I have been partially to fully adapted to work. They do not want to report me better because I have to work adapted because of the complaints in my legs. They also do not want to reduce my hours which I can tolerate standing. They want to wait until 2 years so that they can fire me. I have a permanent job, as far as I know after 2 years of sick leave they have the right to fire me. Absence manager said that they cannot guarantee me to keep my job after 2 years of sick leave. I would very much like to continue working in my own work. I would like information about my situation, how I should best approach it. Thanks in advance.
