What are my rights to terminate the contract with Ziggo?

About 5 months ago I entered into a business contract with Ziggo for 1 year. During the contract negotiations, agreements were made that have not been fulfilled to this day. Now after several months of being sent from pillar to post several times, they still cannot help me and cannot keep the agreements. Some facts: -The current contract is still with an old company that has not existed since 2015. -Ziggo has had every opportunity to correct this since entering into the contract. -Agreements regarding email retention and possibly transferring an email account were discussed by telephone and email, but I was really sent from pillar to post and told that it was impossible. -Ziggo has provided television and internet (business) services well during the period. My question is, Is it possible for me to have the contract terminated? (For example, based on broken agreements, etc.?) I look forward to hearing from you.
