What is the period for reporting sick after recovery?

As of July 1, 2021, I was reported better, the first day of illness was November 1, 2019. The employer did not follow a proper procedure for which HR has already apologized. I have made agreements with my team leader but she is now going back on them. How much time should there be between reporting better and reporting sick again without it being seen as a period? Sick reports within 04 weeks are considered one case of illness. If you are still sick, it is wise to report sick again within those 04 weeks.
