Shared drainpipe sawn through by the neighbors

1st problem: My neighbours are going to extend, against a large part of my wall and have sawn through our shared drainpipe without consultation. This has to be moved because of their extension. Can this just happen? 2nd problem: I have repeatedly asked if anything is touching or attached to my wall and have always received no as an answer. Then this week they come to tell me that they want to saw away 30 cm of my Keralit that is used as facade cladding against my wall to make a lead flap.

Yes, the next question is the most important: is it really your wall or is it a shared (partition) wall? You can check this in the law or your deed. If this is the case, your neighbours may use half the thickness of the wall to secure works (extensions).
