What happens in the event of divorce if you are married under prenuptial agreements?

A person has converted his marriage in community of property into a prenuptial agreement. An overview has been drawn up in which the balances of the bank accounts and the assets/value of a private company are included. If this person gets divorced and the bank accounts have shrunk enormously and the company is stopped. What is then maintained in the divorce in terms of division? Does this person then have to pay half of the position during the drawing up of the prenuptial agreement to the ex-partner or is it looked at at the time of the divorce what the position is then? For example, that the value of the company is then no longer included. In the meantime, of course, they have lived off that money.
