How do I get my money back from the driving school?

Since December 2020 I have not been able to continue my driving lessons due to illness during my pregnancy. I later contacted the driving school to indicate that I cannot follow my lessons. The reason I waited with this is because of the lockdown in December and I contacted them in January. The lesson agreement states that in case of illness the student is entitled to a refund of the remaining lesson fee in accordance with the CBR lesson price. I have now sent several emails requesting a refund but have not received any response to date. It concerns an amount of around 1000 euros. How likely is it that a subdistrict court judge will agree with me and that I will get the amount back? I have now given birth and am still recovering from the pregnancy that my doctor indicated will take at least a year.
