My son has a 0-hour contract of limited duration (1 year) at a butcher's shop as of 9-1-2021. He wants to cancel and now has a conflict about the notice period. According to the WAB, he has a notice period of 4 days and this is his preference. His employer says that he must adhere to the applicable notice period of 1 month from the CAO, which starts at the end of the month. What is leading?
