What can I do to ensure that my employer reports me as better as of July 1, 2021 (according to the advice of the company doctor)?

I have been working for my current employer for 13 years. (Primary school) In February 2020 I was out of action due to burnout. After a long reintegration I am working the full number of hours again and the company doctor wrote in his report that I will be fully deployable again as of July 1, 2021, without restrictions. My employer has not allowed me to perform all tasks for a long time and now she is stating that she cannot report me as better because I do not perform all tasks that are part of my appointment. She wants to report me as better as of August 1, 2021. (I have resigned as of August 1, I am going to work for another employer). I want to perform all tasks and be reported as better again as of July 1.

The employer must comply with the advice of the company doctor and may not independently take a different course. You could request an expert opinion from the UWV ('is my employer doing enough to get me back to work'). You could also contact the UWV on or around 1 July to report that you (and the company doctor) think you are better again.
