My employer has not allowed me to perform all tasks for a long time and now she is stating that she cannot report me as better because I do not perform all tasks that are part of my appointment. She wants to report me as better as of August 1, 2021. (I have resigned as of August 1, I am going to work for another employer). The employer must comply with the advice of the company doctor and may not independently take a different course. You could request an expert opinion from the UWV ('is my employer doing enough to get me back to work').
