What can I do about someone at my work (HR) who signed a contract/document on my behalf as P/O without consulting me? I asked her for a copy of this document and all I get is a photo of the part where the parties signed. Her, the other party and me in p/o. I again kindly asked her to give me the entire document. This is about my reintegration into the 2nd track. Greetings and thanks in advance

If you have not given permission for the signing on your behalf, this is not lawful. The employer should give you a full copy of the document. If they continue to refuse, you could theoretically consider taking legal action (bad employer practices). However, given the costs etc. associated with a procedure, it is questionable whether you should go that far. It may help if you point out this possibility to the employer.
