What may the employer do regarding the downscaling of my pay scale?

I am currently working on a tanker truck with ADR liquid (Diesel) This tanker has been sold as of 21-07-2021 and no other will be offered in its place. I will now be driving another vehicle within the same company that does not require ADR certification My pay scale is now E7 in the transport collective labor agreement Can they now place me back in a different pay scale and with what effect?Lawyer
It depends a bit on the duration of your employment contract. How long have you been working on the tanker? Depending on those circumstances, you cannot simply be put back in the pay scale.Questioner
