Business activities at home

Questioner

I was a parcel point for Homerr. Then I got a letter from my landlord saying that I am not allowed to do that because it falls under business activities. It is also stated in our contract. However, it does not fall under that because I receive a donation from Homerr and have no contract or anything with them. What can I do about this?

The gift represents a consideration, also a business value I think your landlord thinks. But the most important thing is that the risk of fire hazard and the consequences are increased if there are many packages stacked up. I think you can best talk to your landlord and explain how it really is. Ultimately they may refuse this and a judge will have to rule on it.
