How long can my previous employer wait to pay wages?

I worked for the Company until March 31st. I left because I was paid late every time. Now I am still waiting for my February and March wages. I have asked for payment several times but unfortunately have not received anything yet. She says that I was late with submitting my hours. This is not entirely correct. I immediately sent photos of the hours worked in March on my last working day (I had also sent February a long time ago). We also have to fill in an Excel file which is also our pay slip. My boss says that I was late with this and that I therefore have to wait for my wages. She knew from the photos what hours I had worked with my three clients, so I find it a bit strange.
