The garden is in need of some maintenance, we are working on it all day long. We hope to be able to go abroad for a week or 6 as soon as possible, but we are afraid that the garden will become a jungle again. We are thinking of asking an elderly couple to look after our house, but especially to maintain the garden, but we would rather not have them live in the house. In this case it is a temporary arrangement but normally you are not allowed to let people stay/live in a garden house. (That is stated in the zoning plan) If you take the measures that you list, that will have no effect on the WOZ because it is not a home that can be occupied independently.
