We want to start a B&B in Goes

A rental contract has been drawn up for this. I would like to have this checked to see if it is a correct contract. It has been agreed between tenant and landlord - deposit payment will be 2x rent per first month of rental and 1x rent per second month of rental amount of €3750 - rent from June 2021 (occupancy of the property rent-free in May) - maintain exterior paintwork, do not paint the entire building but maintain it. - after rental contract (2 years) right of first purchase with a purchase price of €780,000 - with the landlord's approval, the tenant may replace the skylight at the rear with a dormer window; the landlord will contribute €750.00 to this. I would like to know where I can send the rental agreement to have it checked.
