I am going to receive a WIA benefit. Now my employer wants to terminate my employment, due to 2 years of illness, with a settlement agreement. I actually don't want to sign, but I don't want to go through the UWV or the subdistrict court. My employer really wants me to sign the settlement agreement. What is the difference between signing this or agreeing to your resignation
