Where/who should I contact to get information regarding compensation/fraud/international matters?

I will not go into details about the case. As a child I received compensation from the CICA (United Kingdom). My mother managed this. And spent most of the amount (not on me). Now my question is where/who should I go to get information about what I can do best. This with regard to. Because it concerns family, possible fraud and the compensation comes from England. I can explain it further in conversation.
